Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Silverline Yarrow Energy is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in outage response and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
