Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ridge Construction and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Investigate trends in safety records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
