Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Clearpath Orchard Energy Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in usage data and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on service connections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
