Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Bright Quarry Care Services Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
