Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Clearpath River Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Salt Lake City area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in treatment plant data and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
