Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Harborlight West Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Little Rock, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Investigate trends in grower contracts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on field records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
