Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Bluepeak Rowan Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Hartford area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
