Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Harborlight Umber Arts Center is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in event logistics and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on ticketing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
