Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Bluepeak Timber Housing Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease compliance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
