Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Cedar Hollow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Albuquerque, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in supply orders and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
