Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Lumen Beacon Housing Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease compliance.
