Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

Foxglove Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Miami working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on route schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
