Data Analyst - dashboard development (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Cedar Civic Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Investigate trends in public records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on budget submissions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
