Data Analyst - dashboard development (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Investigate trends in event logistics and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on school partnerships. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
