Data Analyst - dashboard development (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Oak Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Raleigh, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on safety inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
