Data Analyst - dashboard development (Raleigh, NC)

Westbrook Bright Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 914 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in benefits enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on grant reporting. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
