Data Analyst - dashboard development (Raleigh, NC)

Ironwood Loom Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in vendor invoices and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
