Data Analyst - dashboard development (Raleigh, NC)

Highbridge Sparrow Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Raleigh, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on public records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
