Data Analyst - dashboard development (Providence, RI)

Bright Beacon Staffing Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on client orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
