Data Analyst - dashboard development (Portland, OR)

Highbridge Fox Construction is a Portland contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on materials orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
