Data Analyst - dashboard development (Portland, OR)

Bluepeak Junction Medical is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Portland. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in device records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
