Data Analyst - dashboard development (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Granite Water Authority and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 715 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
