Data Analyst - dashboard development (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Orchard Foods Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in allergen controls and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on cold storage. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
