Data Analyst - dashboard development (Pittsburgh, PA)

Rivermark Quill Legal Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on court deadlines. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
