Data Analyst - dashboard development (Phoenix, AZ)

Harborlight Sable Financial is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 688 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in account servicing and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on payment disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
