Data Analyst - dashboard development (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Oak Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Phoenix working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in fare systems and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on route schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
