Data Analyst - dashboard development (Phoenix, AZ)

Northwind Orchard Telecom Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in service installations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
