Data Analyst - dashboard development (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Rook Markets and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
