Data Analyst - dashboard development (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge Lakeside Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Orlando. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in client records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on visit scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
