Data Analyst - dashboard development (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cross Legal Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on court deadlines. • Python or R for analysis.
