Data Analyst - dashboard development (Omaha, NE)

Cedar Rook Financial is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in account servicing and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on payment disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
