Data Analyst - dashboard development (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Granite Financial and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Investigate trends in loan applications and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on account servicing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
