Data Analyst - dashboard development (Oklahoma City, OK)

Amberfield Forge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Oklahoma City focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. We invest in training. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage reports. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
