Data Analyst - dashboard development (Oakland, CA)

Rivermark Ridge Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Oakland. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
