Data Analyst - dashboard development (Oakland, CA)

Lumen Quill Health runs clinics and patient services around Oakland. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in referrals and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
