Data Analyst - dashboard development (New Orleans, LA)

Nova Hollow Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around New Orleans, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 782 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in proof of delivery and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
