Data Analyst - dashboard development (New Orleans, LA)

Nova Drift Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on caregiver training. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
