Data Analyst - dashboard development (Nashville, TN)

Nova Juniper Foods Partners makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Nashville. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer specifications. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
