Data Analyst - dashboard development (Nashville, TN)

Northwind Lakeside Telecom is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
