Data Analyst - dashboard development (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Insurance Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in customer complaints and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on catastrophe response. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
