Data Analyst - dashboard development (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Minneapolis area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 824 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Investigate trends in vendor invoices and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
