Data Analyst - dashboard development (Minneapolis, MN)

Silverline Beacon Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Minneapolis, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in training materials and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. • Python or R for analysis.
