Data Analyst - dashboard development (Minneapolis, MN)

Bright Kestrel Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Minneapolis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in tuition and subsidies and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on meal programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
