Data Analyst - dashboard development (Minneapolis, MN)

Cedar Loom Medical is a Minneapolis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on production lots. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
