Data Analyst - dashboard development (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Nova Union Banking Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in account openings and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on loan files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
