Data Analyst - dashboard development (Minneapolis, MN)

Redstone Lantern Learning Group Associates is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on student accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
