Data Analyst - dashboard development (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Cedar Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Milwaukee area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. We invest in training. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in field visits and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on network equipment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
