Data Analyst - dashboard development (Milwaukee, WI)

Foxglove Ashton Farms is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Investigate trends in field records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
