Data Analyst - dashboard development (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Bright Quill Health Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Investigate trends in clinic supplies and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
