Data Analyst - dashboard development (Milwaukee, WI)

Redstone Loom Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Milwaukee, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on premium billing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
